South Australia: The Gin State?

Forget The Festival State, South Australia should be re-named the Gin State. After being inspired by World Gin Day last weekend, I have gone on the hunt for as many SA gins that I can find. Ounce Gin: Thebarton

Distilled in Thebarton, representing a contemporary profile whilst adhering to the London Dry standard. Ounce Gin Signature is produced by Imperial Measures Distilling, crafted from carefully selected botanicals highlighted by orange, vanilla and cardamom invigorating a traditional base of juniper and coriander to yield a characterful dry gin.

Something Wild: Adelaide Central Markets
