Recipe: Mid Week Banana & Oat Slice

Its hump-day, my sweet tooth is screaming out and I have the urge to bake… this is a great filler-upper with just enough sweetness to kapow the cravings, while still being on the pretty good no-added-sugar sweet list.
INGREDIENTS
3 ripe bananas
3 cups oats
1/2 cup dried apricots
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180oC.
Mash bananas, and mix all ingredients together.
Push down into a greased slice tin.
Back for 30-35 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing.
Keep in an airtight container.
