Nordic style cuisine is making a name for itself in the heart of Prospect. Now open for three months, The New Nordic is dishing up the breakfast goods.

Located in the popular Palace Nova cinema complex on Prospect Road, Nordic brunch means crepes, house made bircher and green pea pancakes, right through to big breakfasts of bacon, eggs, mushrooms, meatballs (I know!!) and fried potato. Oh and pickles!
What sets The New Nordic apart form your average breakfast menu is the use of traditional Nordic flavours throughout the menu, including dill and spices like
saffron, cardamom and aniseed. Add to this, all of the baked goods on the menu are made in-house by the chefs, in traditional Nordic style.
Just as stunning as the food, is the fit out of The New Nordic. The decor will transform you to a warm and inviting Nordic space, with geometric Scandinavian design incorporating loads of timber, stunning light fixtures, indoor greenery and high light filled windows.
The New Nordic is open daily for breakfast from 7am , until 9pm Tuesday-Saturday and then until 3pm in Sundays, and is fully licensed.
